12/5/04 - "THE GRAND FINALE" Last
trip of the year.
Water temperature 40, air temperature 40, weather - partly cloudy,
winds 5 to 10 mph from the west. Water condition - high and off
color. Perfect conditions for walleye and they cooperated.
Gary M. Sr. and Jr. drove up from LI, NY for one last float and
boated 10 walleye. They took 5 home for table fare and released 5
including the lunker of the day shown here caught and released by Gary
M. Jr. The "eye" went 24" and weighed 5 lbs. An 18" brown
trout and a 16" smallmouth capped off this awesome day of fishing on
the upper Delaware.
